Deloris S. "Dee& Balderson Glouster - Deloris S. "Dee& Balderson, age 84, of Elyria, formerly of Glouster, died Friday, July 27, 2007 at her home after a short illness. She was born March 25, 1923 in Glouster, OH. She was a 1941 graduate of Glouster High School and has been a resident of Elyria since 1964.
She worked for the former Piere R. Smith Investments., Elyria as a bookkeeper for 15 years, retiring in 1982. She was a homemaker who enjoyed her family and her grandchildren gave her the most enjoyment. She also enjoyed attending her grandchildrenchr(39)s sporting events, cooking, crocheting and watching sporting events on T.V. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 54 years, Allan of Elyria; son Barry A. (Mary) Balderson of Elyria and daughter, Susan K. Elioff of Lakewood, OH. Also surviving are grandchildren, Michael Pileski of Lorain , O; Melody Williams of Chicago, IL; Nicole Elioff of Lakewood, O; and Connor Balderson of Elyria; one great-grandson, Gavin Williams of Chicago; 5 very close nieces and nephews, Bill, Bob, Brenda, Danny and Donny; 8 great-nieces and nephewschr(39) 14 great-great-nieces and nephews as well as other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by brother, Fred Stansberry and parents, Ira and Felda (nee Van Horn) Stansberry. Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Timothy Waugh officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday 4 to 7 PM.
