Irene Sinclair

Irene Marie Sinclair, 65, of Athens, OH passed away Friday, Aug. 10, 2012 at her residence.

She was born June 25, 1947 in Glouster, OH daughter of the late Raymond and Lillian Graham Nott.  She was retired from Ohio University, a member of the ATHENS -nited Methodist Church and a member of Ohio University Alumni.

She is survived by a son, Capt. Scott and Jacqueline Sinclair; a daughter, Ashley and John Carpenter; 4 grandchildren, Zachary, Nicolas and Mark Sinclair and Jacob Carpenter; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

There will be no visitation.
