GUYSVILLE—Barbara Joyce Day, 78, of Blackwood, Guysville, OH, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025.

She was born September 6, 1946, in Athens, OH, daughter of the late Donald A. and Eileen R. Gabriel. She had worked at area businesses and spent her late years on her farm with her beloved husband, Tim, who survives. She is also survived by a sister, Gloria Perry of Peoria, IL.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Lee Gabriel; her maternal grandparents, James and Cleo Lester and paternal grandparents, Donal and Cecelia Gabriel.

A private graveside service will be conducted at Vanderhoof Cemetery in Guysville.

There will be no calling hours.

Arrangements have been entrusted to White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
