COOLVILLE—Barbara Elaine Millhone (Wilfong), 72, of Coolville, Ohio, passed away on October 12, 2026.

Barb was born to Lena Jackson and Ernest Wilfong and grew up in Glenville, West Virginia. Above all else, family was the center of her world.

She leaves behind her daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Lance and Heather (Dustin) Passmore; her grandchildren, Andy Lance, Aaron Lance, Zachary Lance, Rhiannon (Fred) Wray, Emmy Lance, Hunter Lance, Alexa (Terrell) Robinson, Taylor Robinson and Braxton Robinson and her great-grandchildren, Trystania, Titus, Zeppelin, Paisley and Sophia.

Barb also held a special place in her heart for her niece, Danielle (Trevor), her nephew, Robert Wilfong and the many nieces, nephews and tag-alongs she loved like family.

She is survived by her siblings, Darlene (Don) Jordan, Pete (Jessica) Wilfong and Dale Wilfong.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lena and Ernest; her siblings, Clark, Brad, Donna, Dana and Bonnie Kay and her former husband, David.

Anyone who knew Barb knew she was one of the sweetest mean people you could ever meet. She would help anyone who needed her, but she would also tell you exactly what she thought. She loved fiercely, spoke her mind and was unapologetically herself.

Barb loved the beach and lighthouses, daisies and yellow roses, Blackberry Smoke, Jeff Gordon, “Amazing Grace,” and “You Are My Sunshine.” She also loved unsweet tea, Diet 7UP, York Peppermint Patties, frozen pizza and Subway.

Her family will forever hear her saying “Bite me” and remember a woman who truly lived by the phrase, “My give-a-damn’s busted.

Behind all that attitude was an enormous heart. Her family was her greatest joy and the love she gave them will remain long after her passing.

Barb was deeply loved and will be deeply missed.

There will be no visitation or funeral service.

Arrangements have been entrusted to White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
