ATHENS—Bernita Biggs Stout, 67, of Athens, OH, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, at her residence.
She was born April 12, 1956, in Mason City, WV, daughter of the late Ralph Hoyd and Opal Ernestine Randolph Biggs.
Bernita is survived by her significant other, Noah Trembley; her second mom, Sandra Wright and several cousins including a special cousin, Josh Wright.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Zane Stout and daughter, Christina Opal.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
