Athens -  Brenda Ingraham, 78, of Athens, died Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Kimes Rehabilitation Center in Athens, Ohio.  

Born July 20, 1945 in Gallipolis, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Freind Whitney and Mary Olive Hill Ingraham.  Brenda retired from Ohio University.

She is survived by one son, Byron (Sheila) Ingraham; two granddaughters, Julia and Emma and one sister Sandra Strauss.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Brad Ingraham.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Hughes Funeral Home in Athens, Ohio with Phil Foster officiating.  Burial will be the East Lawn Cemetery in Marietta, Ohio.  Friends are encouraged to sign the online guestbook at ehwfh.com.
