Carolyn Avery, 63, of Pomeroy, OH, passed away Saturday, Dec. 8, 2012 at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, OH.
She was born June 12, 1949, daughter of the late Hayward Waldo and Eunice Irene Nichols Nutter.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews; and 2 grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Brian Johnson; a daughter, Penny Johnson; 2 brothers; and a sister.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
