Debbie Whitlock

ATHENS—Debbie M. Whitlock, 66, of Athens, OH, passed away Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, at O’Bleness Hospital.

She was born Oct. 19, 1958, in Germany, daughter of the late Clyde E. and Creszentia Weismeyer Barnhart.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Mike Whitlock; 2 daughters, Tracy Dailey and Courtney Mace; 4 grandchildren, Brian, Cyrus, Skyley and Rusty; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Darlene (Rick) Hudnell; 2 brothers, Mike Barnhart and Roy (Tammy) Barnhart; special niece, Melissa (Bill) Glass; special nephew, Jason (Marsha) Ashcraft; 3 great-nieces, Brianna (Erik) Bateman, Hayley (Brandon) Richards and Katelyn (Corey) Richards.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Johnny Barnhart and Junior Barnhart.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date and announced by White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
