Parkersburg - Edward E. Sellers, 68, of Parkersburg, died Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Willows Center in Parkersburg, WV.

Born January 14, 1957, in Mason, WV, he was the son of the late Gerald and Ada Frances Bowers. He grew up in Meigs County and graduated from Southern High School. Ed worked at Gatewood Products in Parkersburg and on coal barges on the Ohio River. He enjoyed life on the river, fishing, raising and breeding Boxers and spending time with his grandkids.

He is survived by his wife of twenty-five years Sonja Schwarzel Sellers; two sons, Matthew Sellers and Michael Sellers; two stepsons, Dustin and Darren Riffle; one stepdaughter, Susan Bell; six grandchildren, Adain, Johnathan, Lilly, Olivia, Ashley and Jay; three brothers, Gerald, Steve and Ernie; two sisters, Arlene and Debra and many nieces and nephews. 

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Butch and Danny and two sisters Mary and Sue.
