Frances Spencer

Coolville – Frances Spencer, 84, of Coolville, OH, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at her residence.

Born on June 10, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland, she is the daughter of the late Harry and Gladys (Lee) Lynch. Frances was a member of Waverly Church of Christ.

Frances is survived by her son, Neal (Aunna Demoss) Spencer; daughter, Cis (Bill) Stimel; granddaughter, Jordyn (Michael) Boyer; and sister, Mae Sivitello.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Spencer; and two brothers, Bob and Russell Lynch.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Friday, October 30, at White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Pastor Bob Long officiating. Burial will follow at the Spencer Family Farm in Coolville. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Thursday, October 29, at the funeral home.
