REEDSVILLE-- Herbert Adkins, 74, of Reedsville, OH, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at his residence.
He was born Oct. 5, 1944 in West Virginia. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Army and a Welder for the Ford Motor Company.
Herbert is survived by his son, John Titus of Reedsville, OH.
He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Adkins.
A memorial service will be held in Cleveland, OH, at a later date.
