Hobart Templeton

Middleport - Hobart Templeton, 63, of Middleport, died unexpectedly Monday, December 8, 2025, at his residence.

Born January 4, 1962, in Pomeroy, Ohio, he was the son of Brenda Snider and the late Lawton Templeton. Hobart was a 1980 graduate of Meigs High School. He was a hard worker having been employed in the coal mine, at Facemeyer Sawmill and for the Village of Pomeroy. He was a loving father and grandfather.

Besides his mother, he is survived by one son, Jathan (Heather) Templeton; one daughter, Natashia Templeton; seven grandchildren, Dovon, Savannah, Lucas, Aurora, Harley, Jathan and Damion and one sister, Betty Willford.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his wife Trina and one brother Lawton Edward Templeton.

Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
