Ivol M. Boyer
Ivol M. Boyer, 94, of Guysville, OH passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens.
She was born August 17, 1922 in Roane County, West Virginia to Alfred and Pearl (Skinner) Whited. Ivol married Bruce Boyer on December 22, 1939 and was the owner and proprietor of Boyer's Grocery in Stewart, OH for 12 1/2 years.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Barbara (Bill) Sams, Margaret (Dave) Everson and Karen Frost; a son-in-law, Carl Alkire; 8 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Boyer; a daughter, Sandie Alkire and a son, Patrick Edward Boyer.
Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Coolville Cemetery with Pastor Jim Lambert officiating.
There will be no visitation.
