Born November 14, 1960, in Athens, Ohio, he was the son of the late Henry Eugene and Margaret Wilkins Hurst. Jeff worked as a cook for many years at restaurants in the Athens area.
Jeff will be buried in Canaan Township, Athens County, Ohio
