John Harvey, Sr.
COLUMBUS—John Harvey, Sr., 71, of Columbus, OH, passed away Sunday, July 11, 2021 at McNaughten Pointe in Columbus, OH.
He was born Aug. 30, 1949 in Parkersburg, WV, son of the late John and Lenora Elizabeth Tabler Harvey.
John is survived by his wife of 40 years, Mary Stephens Harvey; son, John Harvey Jr.; 3 daughters, April Harvey, Erika Harvey and Patricia Bennett; 6 grandchildren, William, Kendall, Kylen, Enzo, Kyler, Mya and Parris; 2 great-grandchildren, Erin and Sebastian; 4 brothers, Arlen, Charles, Roger and Richard; sister, Connie and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Elmer and William and 2 sisters, Barbara and Donna.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Friday, July 23, 2021 at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Rev. John Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Coolville Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Friday, one hour prior to the service.
