Linda Ruble

COOLVILLE – Linda Ruble, 72, of Coolville, OH, passed away on November 13, 2025, at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

She was born on July 7, 1953, in Canton, OH to the late Robert and Gladys (Sampson) Barton. Linda retired from Dupont after many years of service and attended the Amazing Grace Church in Tuppers Plains, OH.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Kermit Ruble; one daughter, Brandy (Jim) Mayer; four grandchildren, James Mayer, Harper Mayer, Chase Lanham and Meggan Lanham; three great grandchildren, Jackson, Paisley and Wyatt; two sisters, Robin Barton-Thompson and Kristy (Chris) Deck; one brother, Jeff (Sheila) Barton; one sister-in-law, Sharon Ferrell; and many friends and family that provided care for her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three daughters, Susan, Terry and Tammy; one brother, Chuck Barton; and two brothers-in-law, Charlie Thompson and Mike Ferrell.

Funeral services will be held at 6 P.M. on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at the White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Pastor Wayne Dunlap officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 4 P.M. until the time of the service.
