Stewart - Mary Elizabeth Coen, 92, passed away at home on May 11, 2024, surrounded by family.  She went to be with the angels.

Born August 19, 1931, in Athens, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Katie Burchfield.  She made her home with her daughter Kathy Willison and grandsons Colton Willison and Jordan Mathena and her granddaughter Mary McDaniel.  

She was the mother to Kathy Willison, Steve and Denice Coen and Jack Coen.  She was a grandmother to Jay and Christy Williams, Andy and Brooke Williams, Josh and Jennifer Coen, Steven and Erica Coen, Jason Coen and a great grandma to James and Shelby Williams, Andrew and Miah Williams, Katelynn Williams, Brynley Jones, Eisley Williams, Tucker Williams, Tisha Williams, Hannah Williams, Nate Williams, Remi Williams; many many great great grandchildren and a special dog Sophie.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert and Edward Burchfield; her son, Larry Coen; her grandson Jeremy Coen and a very special son-in-law, James (Jim) Willison.
