Opal Lipscomb
Pomeroy - Opal Marie Lipscomb, 93, of Pomeroy, died Sunday, August 14, 2022 at Darst Adult Home Care in Pomeroy.
Born November 16, 1928, in Pinch, WV, she was the daughter of the late Mordecai and Nora Edith Kingsley Vickers.
Opal is survived by two sons, David (Cindy), Eric (Becky); two daughters, Linda (Ron) Eastman and Carolyn (Allen) Page; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandson; two sisters Joyce Bartrum and Barbara Chapman and one brother Eddie (Sharon) Vickers and a daughter-in-law Debbie Lipscomb.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Allen Gail Lipscomb in 2015; one son, Randy; two brothers, Paul and Mordecai and one sister Marian.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Meigs Memory Gardens. A social gathering will follow at the Ewing-Schwarzel Family Center in Pomeroy.
