POMEROY - Paula Ann Bland, 62 of Pomeroy, died January 23, 2019 at Holzer Hospital. Born December, 20, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Rexford John and Beverly Ann Biddle Strackbein.
She is survived by three children, Nicholas Wyeth, Patricia Wyeth, Carl Woodrum; 10 siblings, Merry (James) Varner, Jami (Andrew) Miller, Bonnie (Neal) Bass, Leonard Scofield, Darlene Richards, and Jerry, John, James, Charles, and Steven Strackbein; 5 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John C. Bland and her brother, James L. Scofield, Jr.
