Pomeroy - Penny Edwards, 61, of Pomeroy, died Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at her residence.
Born April 20, 1958 in Gallipolis, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Wanda Landers. Penny worked as a waitress at the old Blue Bird Cafe.
She is survived by her husband John Edwards; a daughter Kimberly Sue Smith (Vincent Laudermilt Jr); one son Kenneth Michael Smith and four grandchildren.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by her first husband Lewis Kenneth Smith.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday January 27, 2020 at Ewing-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Herschel White officiating.
