COOLVILLE
COOLVILLE—Robert John Mullins, 80, of Coolville, OH, passed away Monday, Dec. 8, 2025, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 18, 1945, in Grundy, VA, son of the late Jennis and Hazel Mullins Stiltner. Robert was a retired Salesman for Central Ohio Welding and love being on his farm.
He is survived by his longtime friend, Tim; a sister, Lydia Sue Justice; brother, Steve and Sue Mullins and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Monroe Mullins.
Graveside services will be held at 1 P.M., Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at the Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Big Rock, VA.
