PARKERSBURG—Shelby R. Eblin, 50, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 22, 1972, in Columbus, OH, son of Charles Eblin and Brenda Creech Cundiff.
In addition to his parents, Shelby is survived by his wife, Robin Balch; 2 daughters, Britany and Michael Culp and Briana and Kenny Westfall; 2 sons, David Eblin and Nathan Welch and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Nickolas; a sister, Charlotte and his grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. Burial will follow in the Hilltop Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, from 11 A.M. until time of service.
