Shelby Jean Hutchens

GUYSVILLE - Shelby Jean Hutchens, 81 of Guysville, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at Kimes Nursing and Rehab Center. Born July 8, 1940 in Guysville, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Beulah Christy Hutchens. 

 

Shelby was an active member of the Vanderhoof Church and absolutely loved her nieces and nephews. She was always very lighthearted and enjoyed the simple things in life, such as her time on the front porch.  Now that she is gone, we do hope she’s sitting on a porch sipping a diet Dr. Pepper having a big ‘ol donut and enjoying life, pain free.

 

She is survived by her brother, Danny Hutchens; sister, Sharon (Dear) Schall; and several beloved nieces and nephews. 

 

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Shirley.
