Stanley "Horshak" McKnight Jr.

CUTLER—Stanley (Horshak) McKnight Jr., 69, of Cutler, OH, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at O’Bleness Hospital in Athens, OH.

He was born Jan. 12, 1957, in Columbus, OH, son of the late Donna (Smart) and Stanley McKnight Sr. Stanley was a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired truck driver with 36 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda Hutchinson McKnight; two sons, Shaun (Christina) McKnight and Donnie (Ashley) McKnight; 8 grandchildren, Corey, Virginia (Michael), Cameron, Adam, Gavin, Hanna, Holden and Calleigh; his two Weiner Dogs, Princess Leia Blueye and Freckles Sky Walker and granddog, Sadie Blue Sky.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Weiner Dog, Jedi.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M., on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Pastor Tommy Dishong officiating. Military services will be conducted at the funeral home following the funeral service.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 5-7 P.M.
