Coolville – Tammy D. Hopkins, 64, of Coolville, OH, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at her residence in Parkersburg, WV.

She was born on September 20, 1960, in Parkersburg, WV, to Earl and Joann (Leisure) Quick. Tammy loved to sew and garden and spend time with her family.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Joann Quick; a son, Jeff (Jennifer) Stull; a stepson, Mark Hopkins, Jr.; two stepdaughters, Shauna and Lori; two granddaughters, McKenna and Megan Stull; one great grandson, Hudson Nottingham; one brother, Mark (Darlene) Quick; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Quick; her husband, Mark Hopkins; and one sister, Angie.

Private services were held by the family on September 5, 2025, followed by burial at the Evergreen Cemetery North in Parkersburg, WV. Arrangements have been entrusted to White Funeral Home in Coolville, OH.
