Teresa Charlotte Kidwell

Teresa C. Kidwell was born of humble beginnings on August 23, 1949 in Athens County, Ohio. The good Lord sent us an angel as she graced this world with kindness, warmth, and an undying spirit that touched countless hearts. Teresa peacefully departed from this earthly realm and went to her heavenly glory on Saturday, June 22, 2024 with her faithful family by her side. Her presence, forever etched in the hearts of all who knew her, will continue to inspire and guide those she leaves behind.

 Her life was a symphony of love, compassion, and laughter. Teresa found joy in the simplest of moments especially in the laughter shared with loved ones with her witty sense of humor. She was truly a ray of light in the darkness. She dedicated herself to her family who survives, her loving husband of 55 years Louis Kidwell & special fur baby Bella; her daughters Debbie (Elbert) Ocanas, April (Bryan) Cooper; son Christopher Kidwell; cherished grandchildren Ashley & Bryanna Cooper, Sarah & Hannah Ocanas; sister Sandy Spencer; and brother David Dunfee.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew & Opal Blake Dunfee; brother, Larry Dunfee; and sister, Rita Nutter.

 Arrangements are entrusted to Hughes-Moquin Funeral Home where a celebration of Teresa's beautiful life will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 7:00 pm with Jim Lambert officiating. Visitation will take place on the same day from 5:00 pm until the start of service. Private inurnment will be in Coolville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
